How long does delivery take?
We currently deliver within the UK only. Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout. We aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return your items.
How do I request a return?
Please contact us with your order details before sending anything back, and we'll guide you through the process.
Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags attached. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the items.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning items because they have changed their mind.
Some items, such as certain hygiene-sensitive products, may be excluded from cancellation rights where the law allows. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
